Chikkaballapur: Eight people were killed and 11 others were seriously injured in a fatal accident between a lorry and a passenger jeep in Marinayakanahalli, Chintamani taluk of Chikkaballapur district, News Next kannada Reported.
The deceased were identified as Gopalliya Muniruthamma (49 years), Ramesh (49 years), Kusandrada Nikil (22 years), Sonnashettyhalliya Narayanswamy (55 years) and Venkata lakshamma (45 years).
In addition, Somayajalapalli Venkatalakshmi, Yashodhamma, Sathyappa, Muniswami, Manjunath, Ambarish, many others have not been identified. A passenger jeep traveling from Srinivasapura towards Chintamani has collided with a cement truck.
