Ai Plus Nova 2 Power India Launch Set for September 19
Ai Plus Nova 2 Power is set to launch in India on September 19 with a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor, 7000mAh battery, multiple storage options and five colour choices.

Ai Plus is preparing to add another smartphone to its growing lineup in India, with the Nova 2 Power scheduled to make its debut on September 19. The company is expected to focus heavily on battery capacity and everyday performance with this upcoming model.
The smartphone will be sold through Flipkart, giving buyers an online option to purchase the device after its launch. Ai Plus founder Madhav Sheth announced the launch date through a post on X and also revealed several details about the phone.
Battery capacity is one of the major highlights of the Ai Plus Nova 2 Power. The handset will come with a 7000mAh lithium polymer battery, which is considerably larger than the batteries found in many mainstream smartphones. The phone will also support 33W fast charging.
The large battery is likely to be one of the main talking points around the device. Users who spend long hours watching videos, browsing social media, playing games or using mobile applications may find the higher capacity useful for reducing the need for frequent charging.
Performance will be handled by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor. Ai Plus has positioned this chipset as a key component of the Nova 2 Power, although the company has not yet revealed every detail about the phone’s performance configuration.
Memory options will include a 6GB RAM model with 128GB storage and an 8GB RAM version with 128GB storage. Offering two RAM configurations gives buyers some flexibility depending on how much multitasking and application usage they expect from the phone.
The design of the Nova 2 Power also gives the smartphone a distinct appearance. Images shared by the company show a raised square shaped camera module on the rear panel. Two circular camera sections are visible along with an LED flash and another circular design element.
The camera module carries 48MP AI camera branding. This suggests that the primary rear camera could use a 48MP sensor, although the complete camera specifications have not been detailed. The rear panel also carries the Ai Plus branding towards the lower section.
The power button is positioned on the right side of the handset. Ai Plus is also expected to use its nxtQ OS software on the Nova 2 Power, although the company has not provided complete information about the software experience.
Colour options will give the smartphone a fairly wide choice at launch. The Nova 2 Power is expected to be available in Blue Fusion, Golden Blue Fusion, Midnight Black, Deep Purple and Ocean Green.
The upcoming model is part of Ai Plus’s broader attempt to establish itself in India’s competitive smartphone market. The brand was founded by Madhav Sheth, who previously held senior management positions at companies including Realme and Oppo.
Ai Plus already has several smartphones in its Nova and Pulse families. Its current lineup includes the Nova 2 Pro 5G, Nova 2 Neo 5G, Nova 2 Ultra 5G, Nova 2 5G, NovaFlip 5G and Pulse 2.
The Nova 2 Power will therefore arrive as an addition to an already expanding portfolio rather than as the company’s first smartphone in the country. The launch also gives Ai Plus another opportunity to attract customers looking for a combination of a large battery, capable hardware and multiple memory choices.
Pricing remains an important detail that buyers will be watching ahead of the launch. Ai Plus has disclosed the launch date, sales platform, colour choices and several specifications, but the final price has not been mentioned in the available information.
The exact camera setup, display specifications and other hardware details are also expected to become clearer around the official launch. For now, the 7000mAh battery, MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor, 33W charging and 128GB storage options remain among the key details associated with the Nova 2 Power.
With the September 19 launch approaching, more information about availability and pricing could emerge soon. The phone will be sold through Flipkart, while its final specifications and market positioning will become clearer once Ai Plus officially introduces the device.
