Samsung Galaxy S26 FE has launched in India with Exynos 2500, a 50 megapixel camera, 4900mAh battery, 120Hz AMOLED display, fast charging and several launch offers for interested Indian buyers.

Samsung has introduced the Galaxy S26 FE in the Indian market, adding another premium smartphone to its Galaxy lineup. The new model combines a high refresh rate AMOLED display with the Exynos 2500 chipset, a multi camera setup and a range of charging features.

The phone has been launched in an 8GB RAM and 256GB storage configuration, priced at Rs 79,999. Buyers can choose between Pistachio, Blueberry and Graphite colour options.

Samsung is also offering several benefits during the launch period. Customers exchanging an eligible old smartphone can receive an exchange bonus of up to Rs 8,000. Selected NBFC partners are offering up to 30 months of no cost EMI, along with an additional upgrade bonus of Rs 3,000.

There are also bank card benefits available for eligible purchases. Customers can get cashback of up to Rs 7,000 on selected bank cards or choose a 12 month no cost bank EMI option. Buyers shopping through the Samsung e store can also opt for an 18 month bank EMI facility.

The Galaxy S26 FE features a 6.7 inch FHD Plus Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and can reach a peak brightness of up to 1,900 nits. This should make the phone suitable for everyday viewing as well as users who prefer a smoother display experience.

At the heart of the smartphone is the Exynos 2500 processor. The device runs Android 17 with Samsung’s One UI 9 interface and comes with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.

Battery capacity stands at 4900mAh. The phone supports 45W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging. Samsung claims that the battery can reach 69 percent charge in around 30 minutes using the supported fast charging system.

The camera setup is another major feature of the Galaxy S26 FE. On the rear, the smartphone gets a 50 megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and optical image stabilisation. It is joined by an ultrawide camera with an f/2.2 aperture and an 8 megapixel telephoto camera.

For selfies and video calls, the phone carries a 12 megapixel front camera with an f/2.2 aperture. Samsung has also included Gemini Omni support, which can use photos and videos from the gallery for editing and creating video content.

The smartphone comes with an in display fingerprint sensor for security and carries an IP68 rating for protection against dust and water. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi Fi 6E, Wi Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.4 and a USB Type C port.

In terms of size, the Galaxy S26 FE measures 161.6 mm in length, 76.9 mm in width and 7.4 mm in thickness. It weighs 193 grams, keeping the device relatively slim despite its large display and battery.

With its combination of a high refresh rate AMOLED screen, Exynos 2500 processor, 50 megapixel camera and wireless charging, the Galaxy S26 FE is positioned as a feature rich option in Samsung’s premium smartphone range. The launch offers could further reduce the effective purchase cost for eligible customers, particularly those planning to exchange an older phone or use supported bank and EMI benefits.
