Ai Plus has revised the prices of several smartphones in India, making some models up to ₹2,000 more expensive. The latest changes affect phones across the brands entry level and mid range lineup.
The company has attributed the increase to rising costs related to memory, manufacturing and logistics. Similar cost pressures have also prompted price revisions across parts of the wider smartphone market.
The revised prices cover the Pulse 2 along with the Nova 2 5G, Nova 2 Neo 5G, Nova 2 Pro 5G and Nova 2 Ultra 5G.
Ai Plus Pulse 2 sees a smaller increase
The Pulse 2 has received one of the relatively modest price revisions. Its 4GB RAM and 64GB storage version now costs ₹10,999, up from ₹9,999.
The 4GB RAM and 128GB storage model has also become more expensive. Its price has moved from ₹10,999 to ₹11,499, meaning buyers will now pay ₹500 more for this configuration.
Nova 2 5G gets a ₹1,000 price hike
The Ai Plus Nova 2 5G has also received a uniform ₹1,000 increase across its listed configurations.
The 4GB and 64GB version has moved from ₹12,999 to ₹13,999, while the 4GB and 128GB model now costs ₹14,999 instead of ₹13,999.
The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant has increased from ₹14,999 to ₹15,999.
Nova 2 Neo 5G follows the same trend
The Nova 2 Neo 5G has also become ₹1,000 more expensive across its available variants.
Its 4GB and 64GB configuration now costs ₹14,999, compared with the previous ₹13,999 price. The 4GB and 128GB version has moved to ₹15,999 from ₹14,999.
For buyers choosing the 6GB and 128GB variant, the revised price is ₹16,999, up from ₹15,999.
Pro and Ultra models see the biggest increase
The Ai Plus Nova 2 Pro 5G has received a ₹2,000 increase on both listed configurations. The 6GB and 128GB model now costs ₹17,999 instead of ₹15,999.
The 8GB and 128GB version has also moved up from ₹17,999 to ₹19,999.
The Nova 2 Ultra 5G has seen the same ₹2,000 increase. Its 6GB and 128GB configuration is now priced at ₹20,999, compared with ₹18,999 earlier.
Meanwhile, the 8GB and 128GB variant now costs ₹22,999, up from ₹20,999.
For consumers planning to buy an Ai Plus phone, the price revision means checking the latest selling price before making a purchase is particularly important. The biggest impact is on the Nova 2 Pro 5G and Nova 2 Ultra 5G, while the Pulse 2 has seen the smallest increase.
