Samsung Galaxy Users Set to Receive Major Upgrade as Android 17 Arrives on Multiple Devices

Similarly, the Galaxy S25 series, including the Edge and FE variants, is eligible for seven years of updates with staggered end dates through 2032. The Galaxy S24 series, covering the standard, Plus, Ultra, and FE models, also qualifies for seven years of OS and security updates, with main models supported until January 2031. The Galaxy S23 series, including the FE model, will receive four years of OS updates and five years of security patches, with updates extending until February 2028 for main models and October 2028 for the FE variant.
