Xiaomi Launches Mijia Air Purifier 6 With Powerful 6 Layer Filtration and Fast Air Cleaning

Xiaomi has expanded its smart home product lineup with the launch of the Mijia Air Purifier 6, a next generation air cleaning device designed to deliver faster and more efficient purification for modern households. The product is currently available for pre order in China and has already attracted attention due to its high performance filtration system and smart features.

The company has focused heavily on improving air circulation and purification speed in this new model. The Mijia Air Purifier 6 is equipped with a dual filter system combined with a dual fan blade setup, which helps in improving airflow and cleaning indoor air at a much faster rate compared to earlier versions.

One of the major highlights of the device is its ability to deliver extremely high air circulation. Xiaomi claims that the purifier can generate an airflow of 11666 liters per minute, allowing it to clean indoor spaces more quickly and effectively. The device is also designed to reduce dust accumulation, making it easier to maintain over long term usage.

The purification performance of the device is equally impressive according to the company. It is capable of removing up to 99.99 percent of PM10 particles within an hour and can eliminate nearly 98.9 percent of pollen related allergens in the same time frame. In addition, it can reduce formaldehyde levels by up to 99 percent within two hours, making indoor air significantly cleaner and safer.

Xiaomi has included a 6 layer filtration system in the Mijia Air Purifier 6. This includes a nano precision filter layer, a carbon based absorption layer for chemical pollutants and an antibacterial layer to reduce harmful microorganisms. The device also uses UV sterilization technology to further enhance air safety and hygiene inside the home.

Another important feature of the purifier is its smart sensing capability. It comes with six built in sensors that continuously monitor air quality and detect pollutants such as PM1, PM2.5, dust particles, formaldehyde levels, temperature and humidity. This allows the device to automatically adjust its performance based on real time environmental conditions.

The design of the air purifier has also been made more practical for home use. It features a flat top surface that can be used for placing small items, adding a layer of convenience for users in compact living spaces. The overall structure is designed to reduce dust buildup and improve ease of cleaning.

In terms of smart connectivity, the Mijia Air Purifier 6 is compatible with the Xiaomi HyperOS ecosystem. This allows users to control and monitor the device through connected smart home systems, making it easier to manage air quality settings remotely.

Pricing for the device in China has been set at 1799 yuan, which is approximately 25000 rupees. However, during the initial offer period, it is available at a discounted price of 1399 yuan, roughly 19500 rupees. Sales for the air purifier are expected to begin from May 13.

With rising concerns about air pollution and indoor air quality, Xiaomiโ€™s latest launch aims to provide a more efficient and intelligent solution for households looking to maintain cleaner and healthier living environments.
