Redmi mobiles are all set to make its Note 12 series official in India. Redmi Note 12: launch date, features and other details. As per noted tipster Mukul Sharma, the new Note 12 series will debut in India on January. The smartphone was announced in China recently.
The Note 12 series will succeed the Note 11 series, which was launched in India last year. Under the Note 12 series, the Xiaomi introduced three phones including Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro and Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus. However, in India Xiaomi will only launch the pro models.
Mukul Sharma has tweeted saying that the new Note series will be launched in India on January 5. “Time to reveal the SuperNote launch date can confirm that the Redmi Note 12 series will launch on 5th January in India. Redmi Note 12, Note 12 Pro, Pro+ will all be 5G ready for India.12 Pro+: 200MP main camera,” he tweeted.

Redmi Note 12 features
The Note 12 Pro Plus will be the second phone in India to come with 200-megapixel primary camera. Previously, Motorola had launched the Edge 30 Ultra with a 200-megapixel series. So let us take a look at the other key specifications of the Note 12 Pro+. The Redmi Note 12 Pro+ features 6.67-inch full-HD OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate.
Note 12 Pro+ is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC for smoother performance coupled with 8GB of RAM. On the rear, the Note 12 Pro+ includes a triple camera setup which includes a 200-megapixel OIS sensor, along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor.

On the front is a 16-megapixel sensor for selfies. The smartphone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. The Redmi Note 12 series will lock horns with the Realms 10 series, which was made official in India a couple of days ago.
