Meta-owned instant messaging app WhatsApp keeps releasing various updates. The company keeps sharing various features for its users. Now the platform has already given the option to share WhatsApp status on Facebook. According to WabetaInfo, earlier users could share status updates on Facebook Stories, but every time they posted something new, they had to go through the extra step of manually sharing the updates. However, now with this new feature, the process can be automated for certain status updates selected by the user when the option is enabled.

A new option will be available in privacy settings. Users will get a new option in status privacy setting on WhatsApp. According to the report, users can add Facebook accounts through Share My Status Updates option. You will be able to share WhatsApp status directly on facebook stories users can use this option by going to status privacy settings. In such a situation, you will be able to share some status updates on Facebook stories without leaving WhatsApp. Further, the report says that this feature will allow users to save time and effort when manually sharing their status updates with Facebook Stories without leaving WhatsApp.

WhatsApp Audio Chats

Meanwhile, WhatsApp is reportedly working on a new feature called “Audio Chats”, which will be available on Android under the app’s upcoming update. A new waveform icon will be added to the chat header, which will allow users to start audio chats, along with a red button to end an ongoing call.
