Itel has expanded its feature phone lineup in India with the launch of the new Muzik 450L. The handset is aimed at users who want basic phone functions along with useful entertainment and calling features without spending much.
One of the notable additions is the 2 in 1 F20 speaker system. It has been designed to provide high volume audio for music playback, FM radio and phone calls. This makes the speaker a key part of the phone, particularly for users who prefer listening to audio directly from the handset.
The Itel Muzik 450L carries a 2.4 inch QVGA display and has a thickness of 13.4 mm. While the phone follows a traditional feature phone design, Itel has added several practical functions that are not always available on basic handsets.
The phone is priced at Rs 1,659 in India. It comes with a protective back cover and is expected to be offered in Blue, Green and Black colour options. Itel is also providing a one year counter replacement facility for manufacturing defects, giving buyers additional support after purchase.
Battery capacity is another major highlight. The Muzik 450L packs a 2500mAh battery, which is considerably larger than what is typically associated with basic feature phones. Charging is handled through a USB Type C port, making the charging connection more convenient for users who already use Type C accessories.
The phone also brings wireless FM radio with recording support. Users can listen to FM broadcasts without connecting a wired headset and can record radio content directly on the device. This feature could be useful for people who regularly use FM radio for music, entertainment or other broadcasts.
For photography, the handset has a VGA rear camera. The camera is intended for basic image capture rather than advanced photography, which is in line with the phone’s affordable feature phone positioning.
Itel has also included Bluetooth connectivity, allowing users to connect compatible wireless accessories and share or transfer data between supported devices. The handset supports icons in its interface, while a separate vibration motor is included for alerts.
Call related features are another part of the Muzik 450L package. The phone supports automatic call recording, allowing calls to be recorded without requiring the user to manually start the recording each time. It can also store more than 1,000 contacts, which gives users plenty of room for saving phone numbers.
The handset includes the King Talker voice assistant as well. Along with the voice assistant, Itel has added a simple shortcut for checking the current time. Pressing and holding the 0 key provides the time, offering quick access without navigating through the phone menu.
A built in torch is also included, adding another practical feature for everyday use. The combination of the torch, large battery, loud speaker and basic connectivity keeps the phone focused on straightforward daily use.
The Muzik 450L is therefore positioned as more than a basic calling device. Its wireless FM functionality, recording support, Bluetooth, automatic call recording and high output speaker system give it several additional features while keeping the price within the affordable feature phone category.
