Google Pixel 10a Sees Price Drop After Launch with 5100mAh Battery and 50MP Camera

Google Pixel 10a now available at significant discount with bank offers, featuring 5100mAh battery, 50 megapixel rear camera, 120Hz display and advanced Tensor G4 processor for mid-range buyers

Google has introduced a price reduction on its mid-range Pixel 10a, making it more accessible to buyers shortly after launch. E-commerce platforms are offering the device at a discounted rate, along with bank offers that further reduce the effective price. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant is now listed at 47,740 rupees, while HDFC Bank credit card users can avail an additional 2,500 rupees discount through EMI transactions, bringing the effective price down to 45,240 rupees. This marks a drop of almost 4,759 rupees compared to the original launch price of 49,999 rupees.

The Pixel 10a is powered by the Google Tensor G4 processor and comes with a large 5100mAh battery supporting 30W wired and 10W wireless charging. Its display is a 6.3-inch pOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate, Full HD resolution of 1080 by 2424 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio, and peak brightness of up to 3,000 nits. The device runs on Android 16 and incorporates Titan M2 security features for enhanced data protection, along with fingerprint and face unlock functionality.

Photography is a highlight of the Pixel 10a. On the rear, it sports a 48-megapixel primary camera with ƒ/1.7 aperture and optical image stabilization, paired with a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens. For selfies and video calls, a 13-megapixel front camera with ƒ/2.2 aperture is provided. Combined with Google’s computational photography features, the camera setup is designed to deliver crisp and detailed images even in low light.

The Pixel 10a also offers a comprehensive set of connectivity options including 5G, Wi-Fi 6e, Bluetooth 6, NFC, GPS, Google Cast, and USB Type-C. It is rated IP68 for dust and water resistance, providing durability for everyday use. Measuring 153.9 millimeters in length, 73 millimeters in width, 9 millimeters in thickness, and weighing 183 grams, the phone balances portability with a sizable display.

This early discount comes as part of Google’s strategy to make the Pixel 10a competitive in the mid-range segment, providing flagship-level features such as high-end cameras, robust battery, and advanced software optimizations at a more attractive price point. Buyers looking for a reliable and feature-rich smartphone can now take advantage of this offer while stocks last.
