This new rule is being implemented in the European Union countries in the first phase. A total of 27 countries allow ad-free social media usage. The new rule is being enforced in 27 European Union countries, including Germany, Greece, France, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Greece, and Hungary.
