Maharashtra: IMD predict heavy rains in these district for five days

Mumbai: The Indian Metrological Department (IMD) has predicted heavy rains in some parts of Maharashtra in the next few hours. It is also likely to rain with thunderstorms at various places in the state in the next five days.

Sangli, Pune, Beed and Solapur districts are likely to receive heavy rains in the next three hours. It has already started raining on the Konkan coast of the state. After that, heavy rains are expected in the next five days.

Meteorologist KS Hosalikar also tweeted about it. Heavy rains are expected in some districts in three hours with thunderstorms. Wind speed will be 30 to 40 kmph. Rain is expected in Sangli, Pune, Beed and Solapur in the next three hours. So be careful when you go out of the house, do not stand under a tall tree, appealed K.S. Hosalikar.
