Tomato fever in Udupi: School starts today in the midst of the corona 4th wave in the state. In the meantime another anxiety has begun in state. News has spread that a tomato fever in Udupi has been spotted by a four-year-old boy. The Health Department has clarified this.

A 4-year-old child from Udupi district had a tomato fever. There was talk that a child with fever was being treated at the ICU. However, Ditrict health department give clarification about this. Udupi District health officer Dr Nagabhushana Udupa said that tomato fever has not been detected in Udupi district, people No need to get panic.

Tomato fever symptoms:

Tomato fever is usually accompanied by high fever, dehydration, skin itching, skin colour change of the hands and feet, blisters, vomiting, diarrhea, runny nose, cough, sneezing, and soreness in the body. You should contact your doctor immediately after such symptoms appear. However, parents should not be worried for any reason, the health department said.

High alert has been announced in Karnataka, after the total of fifty cases so far in Kerala. The presence of tomato fever at the beginning of school is a cause for concern for parents. So schools have been asked to keep track of the flu.
