The CID has submitted the charge sheet of the cases registered in Kalaburagi University Police Station and Ashok Nagar Police Station in Kalaburagi Nagar. The CID has continued its search for the remaining accused in the case.
Ashok Nagar Police Station Crime No. 96/22 in relation to 788 pages, Crime No. 97/22 in relation to 1318 pages, Crime No. 98/22 in relation to 1048 pages, Crime No. 99/22 in relation to 788 pages has been submitted. An 888-page charge sheet has been submitted to the court in connection with crime number 57/22 of Station Bazar police station.
A case has been registered against the arrested under the Prevention of Corruption Act
Another weapon was tested by the CID police on those arrested in the scam. In the PSI recruitment case, P.C. Act has been implemented. In the PSI recruitment scam case, P.C. Act (Prevention of Corruption Act) has been implemented. Corruption has been confirmed in PSI recruitment.
More than 1.5 crore money received for PSI recruitment was found. When the source of the money was checked, it was confirmed that it was a bribe. Therefore, the police have decided to conduct an investigation under the new section against those who have given bribes and those who have received bribes. A case has been registered against the arrested under Prevention of Corruption Act and investigation is continuing.

P.C. The background of the act will be changed by the court. So far only one ACMM court had a case. But henceforth the case will be held in the 23rd court of CC. ED will also enter the case of PSI recruitment scam in the background of money transfer and benami assets being found. Also, ED has already interrogated some of the accused.
