The Indian Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rainfall till June 7 in most of the coastal and southern interior districts of the state. Dakshina Kannada, Uttara Kannada, Udupi, Bengaluru Rural, Bengaluru City, Chikkaballapur, Chitradurga, Hassan, Mandya, Mysuru, Ramanagara, Shivamogga, Tumkur, Vijayanagar districts will receive rain.
