It is said that the final drafts of this act have already been prepared in joint collaboration between the Home Department and the Law Department, and it is certain that it will be presented in the session. The cases of love jihad are increasing in the state and party leaders have given instructions to curb this. Sources said that Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai has also given green signal to this. The recent case of Shraddha killing in the national capital has shocked the entire country.
