Bengaluru: As India battles the deadlier, more infectious second wave of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19), the rate of new infections continues hovering at alarming levels.
On Sunday, the Karnataka recorded as many as 47,930 new cases in 24 hours, pushing the total infection tally close to 19,34,378. Daily deaths 490, Total recoveries 13,51,097, Active cases 5,64,485 till Sunday.
