Yesterday, the progress of the revenue department was reviewed in Kalaburgi district. Revenue Minister Krishna Byre Gowda said the government has now brought a new rule regarding property registration.

Minister said that from now on, if there is a case of creating false documents, giving false information, cheating and registering their personal property or government property, then the registration will be cancelled immediately, this authority It will be given to the District Collectors.

The Property Act was amended in the previous session. It has also got the approval of the President. Official order will come within next 4 months. For expropriators, the game of middleman and cheating brokers is no more. This is not the first time, they have cheated, created false documents and registered property and caused trouble to many people.

Also he said a lot of such incidents have happened in Vijayapur, when the owner came to know that the property was registered by creating a false document like this, he had to go to the court and fight for many years to get the property back.

But it will not happen like this anymore. The registering officer is empowered to cancel false documents. Revenue minister clarified that as soon as there is a fraud, justice will be done so that it does not happen again.

Talking about property cases, Tahsildars and Assistant Commissioners have been given an important instruction by the Minister. He said that the remaining property cases should be completed within 15 days. He said that from now on property issues will not be cheated by brokers or anyone else.
