The IMD said that the rainfall will be on June 24 and 25, while will experience rainfall in central Maharashtra and southern Gujarat on June 25. The India Meteorological Department’s (IMD) Regional centre in Bhubaneswar on Thursday predicted heavy rainfall activities in several parts of India.

Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning at isolated places have been forecast over East Uttar Pradesh, East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Sikkim, Odisha, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana, Rayalaseema, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala, Mahe and Lakshadweep on June 24.

Indian Meteorological Department (IMD)said Squally weather (wind speeds 40-60 kmph) is predicted over the east-central Arabian Sea, along and off south Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka coasts. On Saturday (June 25).
