Gruha Lakshmi Scheme Canceled In Karnataka: The Telangana government has canceled the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme. The BRS government has canceled the ambitious Gruha Lakshmi Scheme and instead announced the Abhay Hastham scheme.

After this, there is a suspicion that the Gruha Lakshmi Schemeis being canceled in Karnataka. The Gruha Lakshmi Scheme was implemented by the BRS government. About 15 lakh people had applied for this scheme. The objective was to provide financial assistance of Rs 3 lakh each to each beneficiary.

But now the Congress government that has come to power has canceled this project. Now instead of Gruha Lakshmi Scheme, Abhaya Hastham Yojana has been announced. Through this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh each will be provided to the beneficiaries in the name of Indiramma Mane.

The government has already started accepting applications from eligible beneficiaries. The Congress party had announced six schemes during the Telangana elections. Abhaya Hastam scheme is one of these. The government is taking steps to fulfill the promises made to the people during the elections.

During the election in Karnataka too, the Congress party had announced five guarantee schemes. The Congress government of Karnataka has already implemented Gruha Jyoti, Shakti, Gruha Lakshmi Scheme, Yuva Nidhi and Anna Bhagya schemes. People are already getting the benefit of the remaining four schemes. Applications are currently being invited for the Youth Fund Scheme.

Financial assistance of Rs 2000 per month is being provided to house owners in Karnataka through Gruha Lakshmi Yojana. Money is being transferred to the housewife’s bank account since last four months. Through this every family will get financial assistance of 24000 rupees annually through Gruha Lakshmi Yojana.

The Women and Child Welfare Department of the state government has taken steps to provide the benefits of the scheme to the women who have not yet received the benefits of the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme. The technical problem has already been resolved by organizing a camp in every village and every house owner in the state will get the benefit of this scheme.

It has been heard that development is slowing down in Karnataka due to guarantee schemes. As soon as the Congress government came to power in Telangana, this started and the government canceled some projects. Now in Karnataka too, there is a discussion about canceling the guarantee scheme including Gruha Lakshmi Scheme.

As the Karnataka government itself has already clarified, the government will not cancel any project at present. CM Siddaramaiah himself has given a statement about this and there is no cancellation of the guarantee scheme for any reason. He said that the government has sufficient funds for the guarantee program.
