BESCOM officials are now taking up long pending maintenance and repair works in Bengaluru due to unseasonal rains. Thus, there will be power cut in some areas of Bengaluru from morning to evening. Bengaluru Power Cut: Power cut till 4 pm today in many areas.
BESCOM, the Bengaluru electricity board, will take up some pending maintenance and repair work today, causing power cuts in many areas. In many areas of Bengaluru, there is a possibility of power supply interruption from 10 am to 4 pm today.
Shankar Vihar Layout, PB Road, Sangolli Rayanna Circle, BSNL Office, Sub Registrar Office, Vinayak Nagar, Sai International Hotel, Pooja International Hotel, Devaraj Aras Layout B Block, Giriappa Layout and GMIT College areas will have no electricity till today evening.
Recently BESCOM introduced WhatsApp helpline numbers for customers in 8 of its districts. Electricity consumers can send picture of their electricity problems to respective WhatsApp helpline / customer service number of their district. Also, it was said that the video can also be shared or sent a message.
