Anna Bhagya Scheme: The Karnataka government has introduced the Anna Bhagya Scheme, also known as the Free Rice Distribution Scheme, to provide free rice to state residents. This initiative strives to ensure that no impoverished individual within Karnataka goes hungry. Anna Bhagya Scheme: Money credit to account today, do this to claim.

In this background money will be credited to the accounts of the account holders from today. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will launch the project at 5 pm. The Congress party in the state has announced that it will give 10 kg of rice each to Anna bhagya beneficiaries in the elections.

Out of 10 kg rice, five kg of rice is being given by the central government, but in the absence of availability of additional five kg of rice, the state government has announced that it will give money instead of rice. Similarly, the money will be deposited in the Anna bhagya beneficiaries’ accounts in a phased manner from tomorrow.

During the state assembly elections in Karnataka, the Congress government launched five public welfare schemes to provide financial and social assistance to impoverished families. These schemes specifically target women and workers belonging to every poor and BPL household in Karnataka.

One of these five schemes is the Anna Bhagya Scheme in Karnataka. Under this scheme, BPL and Antyodaya ration cardholding families will receive 10 kilograms of rice per person free of charge starting from June 10, 2023. Every BPL family in the state can collect 10 kilograms of rice per individual from their nearest ration shop.

This initiative will contribute to the economic upliftment of these underprivileged households. The Karnataka government has initiated online registration, and beneficiaries can register at their nearest public service centre.

1. Visit the official portal of the Anna Bhagya Scheme Karnataka.

2. Go to the login section on the homepage.

3. Click on the “Login” or “Sign In” button.

4. Enter your login credentials on the sign-in page.

5. Enter your login credentials accurately in the respective fields.

6. Click the “Login” or “Sign In” button.

7. After entering the proper credentials, you can log in to your Anna Bhagya Scheme Karnataka account.

Step to Apply For Anna Bhagya Scheme Karnataka:

1. Visit the ration shop with their ration card.

2. Place your thumb on the machine for biometric authentication.

3. Once verified, the machine will register the names of all the family members.

4. The quantity of rice provided to the applicant will base on the total number of family members.

5. Finally, the applicant will receive their allocated quantity of rice free of cost from the ration shop.
