5th and 8th class Public Exam: Supreme Court gives green signal to conduct ‘public examination’

Bengaluru: Supreme Court has given green signal to conduct public examination for class 5 and 8 students of the state. An application was submitted to the Supreme Court challenging the High Court order for the board examination by the Associations of unaided private schools, and today the hearing of the appeal application was held in the Supreme Court. An application was filed challenging the High Court order for the board examination for class 5 and 8, and the lawyer requested the Supreme Court to conduct an urgent hearing. The CJI had said that he would hold an inquiry on March 27. Thus, today the hearing of the application was held in the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court gave the green signal to conduct the public examination for the 5th and 8th class students of the state.
