WPL 2023: BCCI finally releases Women’s Premier League Tickets, price Just Rs 100

The first season of the Women’s Premier League is banging on from the 4th of March for cricket fans in India. BCCI has decided that all the matches of the WPL first season will be played in two cricket stadiums in Mumbai city. BCCI has finally released WPL tickets with 72 hours to go for the inaugural edition of the Women’s Premier League. To increase interest among fans, BCCI has made the ticket prices lower. WPL 2023 ticket price start from just Rs 100 for all 20 matches taking place in Mumbai.

Bookmyshow is BCCI’s ticketing partner for WPL. Compare that to IPL 2023, many of the tickets are on pre-booking phase already. BCCI’s online ticketing partners’ matches in India are Book my show and PAYTM. However, on these two sites, the information on WPL 2023 tickets are not showing yet.

The BCCI have also not released information on the offline sale of tickets for matches. With the first WPL match set to kick off on March 4, the tickets for Mumbai Indians vs Gujrat Giants match, and the remainder of the games are likely to be free for girls and women.

The Women’s Premier League 2023 season will be live-streamed on the Jio Cinema app for free. Live broadcast will be available on the Sports18 Network. The tournament will include a total of 5 teams- Gujarat Giants, Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Delhi Capitals, and UP Warriorz.
