U19 World Cup 2022: Team India had a memorable tournament so far in the U19 World Cup. They have pretty much dominated the tournament and have won all 4 games in the tournament so far. Considering they lost more than half of the players due to COVID right after the first game against South Africa. U19 World Cup 2022: India face Australia in 2nd Semi Final today.

The wins speak volumes about the bench strength of this India Under19 team. However, the good news for the Indian team and the fans is that all the players, including the skipper, Yash Dhull, who were infected with COVID-19 have finally recovered and are available for selection ahead of the mega clash against Australia.

The team that goes on to win this match will face England in the final of the tournament, who defeated Afghanistan in the first semi-final and ended their 24-year drought of reaching the final of the Under19 World Cup. Australia, on the other hand, have also had a great run in the tournament so far.

Out of the 4 games that they played so far, they have gone on to win 3 matches, losing out on a single occasion to Sri Lanka. As far as the venue is concerned, chasing teams have had an upper hand in the ODI format at this venue and hence, winning the toss and fielding first could be a no-brainer for both the captains.
