Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) can look like a strong team on paper if they sign the right players. Ahead of next month’s mini-auction, the IPL teams released the final retention list on Sunday. RCB released eleven players including Josh Hazlewood, Harshal Patel and Vanindu Hasaranga. Manish Pandey enter RCB for IPL 2024.

All three were big money buys in the past and the franchise could hope to buy them back for less. With 19 players in their roster, the franchise plans to use the Rs 23.25 crore salary cap that is still available in the next mini-auction. He was then picked up by Kolkata Knight Riders in 2014. In the 2022 IPL auction, Pandey was bought by Lucknow Super Giants for Rs 4.6 crore. Pandey was bought by Delhi Capitals for Rs 2.4 crore in the 2023 IPL auction.
