Lok Sabha Election 2024 date will announce tomorrow March 16

It has been learned that the Election Commission of India (ECI) will announce the date of the Lok Sabha elections 2024 tomorrow March 16 at 3 pm. The Election Commission will announce the schedule for the Lok Sabha elections tomorrow at 3 pm.

The announcement will be broadcast live on ECI’s social media platforms. The Election Commission will hold a press conference on March 16 at 3 pm to announce the schedule for the 2024 general elections and some state assembly election.

In 2019, the Lok Sabha elections were held in seven phases. Last time, the Election Commission had announced the election date on March 10. The first phase of polling was held on April 11, while the last phase of polling was held on May 19. The result was out on May 23. At the time of that election, there were more than 91 crore voters in the country, of which 67 per cent voted.

In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP had a bigger victory than in 2014. In 2014 BJP won 282 seats, in 2019 it won 303 seats. At the same time, NDA won 353 seats. BJP got 37.7% votes, NDA got 45% votes. Congress had won 52 seats.

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government, which is expected to take the helm for a third term tomorrow, will come into effect immediately after the announcement of the model code of conduct, barring the incumbent government from announcing any new policy decisions.
