Gold coins weighing 1.7 kg found in diving close Jambukeswarar Temple in Tiruchirappalli

Tamilnadu: As numerous as 505 gold coins weighing 1.716 kilograms were found in a vessel while delving close to the Jambukeswarar Temple in Thiruvanaikaval here on Wednesday.
Sanctuary specialists expressed that the uncovered coins, 504 little and one major gold coins, have letters in the Arabic content scratched on them which could go back to 1000-1200 CE.
They expressed that the coins, covered in a vessel, were found at the profundity of around seven feet.
Specialists expressed that the vessel, alongside the gold coins, has been given over to police by the Hindu strict and beneficent blessing office.
