Under-construction warehouse collapsed: 5 people, killed 10 injured

At least 4 people have died and many are feared trapped after a wall of the under-construction warehouse collapsed in Delhi’s Alipur on Friday. Under-construction warehouse collapsed: 5 people, killed 10 injured. Delhi police confirmed that of the 10 people rescued, 4 of them have succumbed to injuries.

The injured have been sent to the hospital. Rescue operation continues as some more people are feared trapped, said Delhi Police. A total of 4 fire tenders were rushed to the incident site to help in the rescue operation.

Delhi CM, Arvind Kejriwal, has offered his condolences and said that the district administration is engaged in relief and rescue work and he is personally monitoring the relief work. The incident is said to have taken place at Bakauli village near Chauhan Dharamkata in Alipur. The rescue operation continues and debris is being cleared from the site.
