Heavy Rain Alert in these areas in Karnataka for next 5 days

Bengaluru: The weather department India Meteorological Department has predicted that there will be good rainfall in the coastal and hilly parts for the next 5 days. A yellow alert has been announced for the coastal districts. Heavy Rain Alert in these areas in Karnataka for next 5 days.

Yellow alert has been issued for Uttara Kannada, Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts. In the coastal parts, the wind speed is likely to increase from 40-45 km to 55 km and heavy waves will hit the shore. Locals, tourists and fishermen have been cautioned not to venture into the sea as there is a possibility of rain accompanied by storm in the coastal districts.
