The central government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is implementing various schemes for the people of the country. Now it has announced a new scheme for the middle class who own their own house.

Pension Yojana, PM Kisan Yojana for farmers, along with wonderful schemes for women and other sections of the society have been announced, now the dream of middle class people to own their own house has come true. Center is taking steps to start another new scheme said Minister Hardeep Singh.

Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Hardeep Singh said the government is in the process of finalizing the details of the interest subsidy scheme and it will be launched soon. “We are in the process of finalizing the details of the new home subsidy scheme.

Banks are likely to implement the scheme within two months in the wake of crucial state elections later this year and general elections in mid-2024, the report said. Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his Independence Day speech announced the scheme for middle-class families living in rented accommodation, chawls or rents and colonies in cities.
