An election time list has been shared on social media claiming that the time list has been published by the Election Commission. According to this, the code of conduct will come into effect from March 27, April 17, the election notification will be published, April 26, the last day for submission of nomination papers, scrutiny of nomination papers will be conducted on April 27, voting will be held on May 12, counting of votes will be held on May 15 and the results will be announced.

When checking whether the 2023 election timetable shared on social media is genuine, it has come to be known that it is a fake timetable. The previous 2018 old schedule of Karnataka State Assembly Elections has been edited. In this photo, where 2018 , it has been edited as 2023.
