Mangaluru: MLA UT Khadar has not taken any precautionary measures during the funeral of the coroner’s death. The 70-year-old had died of corona infection. The funeral was held yesterday at the burning land of the mosque in Bolara, Mangaluru. MLA UT Khadar, along with health staff, had also attended the funeral.
During the funeral, they had to dig the pit, put the dead body in it and cover the soil. By this, UT Khader has honoured humanity.
Though the health department staff took all necessary precautionary methods like wearing PPE kits, he performed a funeral without wearing a PPE kit.But the MLA UT Khader said, people are terrified of coronavirus infection. Even the hesitant condition to obtain the corpse of the deceased father is building.
It is his duty to serve the people in such a situation. He said security measures would be taken in the coming days.
