80-year-old woman dies due to coronavirus in Mangaluru, the number of corona death increased to five

Mangaluru: Fifth death due to novel coronavirus recorded in Dakshina Kannada district. The victim, a woman was an 80-year-old resident of Kulshekar. She was shifted to ventilator and was said to be in serious condition from the past few days.

on April 27 the 80-year-old woman and her 45-year old son, who were admitted as inpatients at First Neuro hospital at Padil in the city had tested positive for coronavirus

Out of 34 positive cases, 5 deaths have occurred so far and 14 are currently active, as many as 15 persons have recovered and been discharged.
