Eligibility Criteria:
-Deputy Defence Banking Adviser (DDBA) – Candidates who have completed graduation can apply for these posts.
-Defence Relationship Manager (DRM)- Graduation candidates can apply for these posts.
-Chief- HR Analytics- Candidates who have done Post Graduation and Graduation are allowed to apply for these posts.
-Senior Manager – HR Analytics – Candidates having Graduation and Post-Graduation can apply for these posts.
Age Limit:
-Deputy Defence Banking Adviser (DDBA) – Maximum age limit is 57 years
-Defence Relationship Manager (DRM) – Maximum age limit is 54 years
-Chief – HR Analytics – Candidates between 29 to 45 years can apply.
-Senior Manager – HR Analytics – Candidates between 27 to 40 years can apply.
Salary:
-Deputy Defence Banking Adviser (DDBA) – Annual Salary Rs.18 Lakh.
-Defence Relationship Manager (DRM) – Salary Rs.9 Lakh per annum.
-Chief – HR Analytics – Salary will be fixed after selection for these posts.
-Sr. Manager – HR Analytics – Salary will be fixed after selection for these posts.
