Sudipto Sen is wreaking havoc at the box office with his latest directorial The Kerala Story. Starring Adah Sharma, the movie is nothing short of a blockbuster at this point. The Kerala Story Total Box office collection till today.

As per early estimates, the Adah Sharma starrer seems to have dipped in its fourth week. After performing outstandingly these last couple of weeks, the movie has been minting a lukewarm collection, with Day 26 aka its fourth Tuesday capping at a meagre Rs 1.85 crore.

Of course, this was expected, considering, with added number of fdays, the collection does start easing down. But, The Kerala Story still has managed to hold its own, with a sum total of Rs 228.57 crore under its belt. Amid all the controversies surrounding The Kerala Story, the film released on May 5.

Since then, it has been doing well at the box office. On Day 18, the film even managed to cross the Rs 200-crore club. After crossing that milestone, TKS has slowed down in its collection. As per the early trade estimates, on Day 26, the film minted Rs 1.85 crore at the box office.

Hence, the total collection of The Kerala Story now stands at Rs 228.57 crore. It had an overall 9.81 per cent occupancy in Hindi on May 30. Adah Sharma is currently basking in the success of her latest film The Kerala Story, has been mired in controversies ever since it was announced.

The film, which is based on a real story, has been grabbing headlines for all the infamous reasons. A few days after its release, it was called for a ban by Mamta Banerjee in West Bengal which was later condemned by one and all.

Amid the historic success of the film, netizens have recently resurfaced Adah’s comment on an Insta post which seems like a dig at Ananya Panday. The Kerala Story follows the story of a Hindu woman from Kerala, played by Adah Sharma.

She is brainwashed to embrace Islam and sent to Syria, where she is forced to join the ISIS terrorist organisation. She is tortured there. The film is directed by Sudipto Sen and produced by Vipul Amrutlal Shah. The Kerala Story has been in the scanner ever since the trailer was released.
