Last year, Chiranjeevi Sarja and Meghana Raj gifted a French Mastiff puppy to actor Darshan. Popular Kannada actor Chiranjeevi Sarja passed away on June 7, due to cardiac arrest. His demise came as a shocker to film industry across the country.
The actor’s fans have been revisiting his social media pages to cherish him. In one of the old photo, shared by Meghana Raj, Chiranjeevi gifted a French Mastiff puppy to actor Darshan, one of their best friends in the industry.
The picture was clicked in June last year. In the post, Meghana Raj revealed that Darshan is very close to them and they are gifting him a puppy only to express their gratitude for his constant love and support towards them.
Meghana Raj wrote, “Good morning and a very happy sunday all!! Finally revealing who it is! Darshan sir is a very special family member to us! This lil baby bear is our small token of gratitude to this magnanimous man for his constant support and love towards us (sic).”Everyone knows that Darshan shares great love for animals.
That’s one of the reasons why the couple decided to express their love to the actor in the cutest possible way. Chiranjeevi had also shared the same picture on Twitter and asked his fans to suggest names for the puppy. He wrote, “Pls suggest the name friends..(sic).”
It is also worth mentioning that Darshan and Meghana Raj starred together in the film Kurukshetra. Recently, Meghana welcomed a baby boy on October 22. Celebrities and fans called him Jr Chiranjeevi Sarja and poured in their blessings on social media.
Meghana Raj’s father Sundar Raj revealed details about his grandson’s naming ceremony. Sundar Raj said he fondly calls his grandson Chintu.
