Students Bus Pass: KSRTC extend deadline of bus pass

Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation has extended the deadline of Students Bus Pass. KSRTC has issued a circular extending the bus pass period for students studying in form and various courses like Degree, Post Graduate, Diploma and others.

It is possible to extend the bus pass for a period of one or two months on payment of additional fee to ensure that the students are attending class or examination. The KSRTC Chief Manager has issued a circular to give necessary information to all the drivers and operators in this regard.

The bus pass will expire in April. However, the students have requested to extend the pass period as there are exams for some courses. Similarly, KSRTC said that after checking the examination schedule of various courses, the bus pass will be extended by one or two months. Now the students can travel after paying the money as per the rules and getting the receipt.

The Student Bus Pass is about to expire. But classes are still going on for the students and exams are just around the corner. Meanwhile, the corporation has extended the bus pass period which is inconvenient for the students.
