One of the main demands of the employees is to provide an old fixed pension facility, taking into account the service period of employees who were hired and retired before 2006 and later paid for. Gopinath, President of the Aided schools and college Union of the state, said that they are also ready for an indefinite night protest.

Speaking at a news conference, he said that despite many appeals and protests since 2014, the government has been neglecting it. The School Colleges Employees Union is set to hold a series of subsidized school colleges across the state on March 4, demanding the fulfilment of various demands, including the provision of pensions for aided school college employees.
