NEET Official Notification: The notification of National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG 2023) conducted for admission to medical courses across the country has been released. The National Testing Agency (NTA), which has already announced that the exam will be conducted on May 7, has issued an official notification on Monday. NEET UG 2023 Official Notification Released: Application submission starts on May 7.
The exam will be held in pen and paper mode in 13 languages including English, Hindi and Kannada. Accordingly, click on https://neet.nta.nic.in/ to apply. Online applications will be accepted from March 6 to April 6.
Application Fee: Rs 1700 for General Category candidates, Rs 1600 for General OBC candidates, Rs 1000 for SC/ST/PWBD/Third Gender candidates. Application fee for candidates from other countries is fixed at Rs 9500. The details related to download of admit cards and exam centers will be disclosed on the NTA website. The NEET exam will be held on May 7 (Sunday) between 2 PM to 5:20 PM.
This exam is conducted annually for admission to MBBS, BDS, BMS, BUMS and BHMS courses. The number of people appearing for this exam is increasing every year from last five years. Last year 17.64 lakh candidates appeared for the NEET UG examination. It is estimated that 18 lakh people are likely to write this year.
