Karnataka SSLC exam 2023: education department change exam pattern

In order to facilitate the students, SSLC Exam question paper format and difficulty level has been simplified from the academic year 2022-23.Karnataka SSLC exam 2023: education department change exam pattern. The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board has issued a circular in this regard, and the design and blueprint of the SSLC Exam 2023 Question Paper for the year 2015-16 has been revised.

In the year 2019-20, there has been a minor change in the exam pattern format of the question paper and no change has been made in the difficulty level. In the academic year 2020-21 due to the 2nd wave of Covid-19, the examination was simplified in the interest of students’ safety and education and was conducted on a multiple choice question basis over two days.

In the academic year 2021-22, as the state schools have started physically 2-3 months late, the level of difficulty of the question paper has not been changed in the same way as in the year 2019-20, in the background of 20% reduction in the syllabus in the academic interest of the students 40% of easy questions, 50% of moderate questions and 10% of difficult questions were ordered.

Now for the academic year 2022-23 in the background that the schools have started physically from 16-05-2022 itself, minimum 75% attendance as per the days scheduled by the school to sit for SSLC examination as school students from the year 2022-23The circular will be issued on the date 30-06-2022, proceeding as per the mandate.

In this background, education department made the question paper pattern and difficulty level of the SSLC examination for the year 2019-20 has been continued as the same classification from the current year 2022-23 without any change.
