Karnataka government announced important announcement for all college and post graduate students. College and PG Students Note: Student concession bus pass distribution has started. For the benefit of the students, the student concession pass application under Seva Sindhu Yojana has started for the year 2022-23.
Students of all categories are requested to apply for College and PG Students concession pass under Seva Sindhu Yojana, submit the necessary documents and pay the unfixed pass fee to get the pass. School and college students are requested to take advantage of this Karnataka government free concessional bus passes.

Accordingly, graduate and post graduate students have been allowed to travel free of charge till July 16 and extend the pass period by paying two months pass amount till August-2022. The period given for free travel has already ended, graduate and post graduate students can approach the pass counters and extend their pass period.
Or you can get a new student concession bus pass by applying in Seva Sindhu, said the Divisional Controller of Vijayapur division of Kalyana Karnataka Road Transport Corporation in a release.
Karnataka government gives good news to school teachers
Department of Public Education has given green signal for promotion of high school teachers working in Karnataka government high schools to the post of head teachers of government high schools, corresponding Group-B.
In this regard, a notification has been issued by the Department of Public Education, and it is intended to promote the posts of head teachers in Bangalore and Mysore Division, Group-B vacancies in the corresponding group.
Accordingly, the final seniority list of grade-2 high school co-teachers on duty was published. The final seniority list published on 07-04-2022 is withdrawn and published later. Based on the final seniority list, the process of promotion to the vacant posts of head teacher and equivalent group in Bangalore, Mysore division has been started.
Karnataka Government High School said that the priority list for promotion to the post of Head Teacher, equivalent category from Associate Teacher category has been published on the departmental website www.schooleducation.kar.nic.in.
