The Karnataka Examinations Authority has made all preparations to conduct the Common Entrance Test (CET) on May 20 and 21 for admission to various professional courses including engineering. Karnataka New CM swearing-in on CET Exam day: students fear of traffic problem.

On the other hand, since the swearing-in ceremony of the Karnataka new CM (Chief Minister) of the state has been arranged in Bengaluru at 12.30 pm on Saturday, the students who are going to write KCET exams are facing traffic problems.

Yes.. May 20th is the first day of maths and biology exam and CET exams will start at 10.30 am. On the same day in the afternoon Karnataka New CM swearing-in ceremony in Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru. where Siddaramaiah will take oath as the Chief Minister, party workers and people from all corners of the state will arrive in thousands of numbers not only in Bengaluru.

There is a possibility that the traffic jam will be a problem in most of the major roads of the city including Tumkur Road, Mysuru Road, Bellary Road. The KCET exam is conducted once a year as an offline exam. The exam has an MCQ format and must be completed in 320 minutes.

The exam has 180 questions with 60 questions each for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. These questions are based on the class XII syllabus. There is no negative marking for the exam. 2.61 lakh students have registered for CET this time and the examination will be held at 562 centres across the state.

Out of these 121 centres are in Bengaluru and various colleges in the heart of the city have been identified as examination centres. More than 85 thousand students will write the exam in Bengaluru.

Some colleges around the Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru where the swearing-in ceremony will be held have been identified as examination centres. So these students are worried that they may not be able to go to the examination centre on time due to heavy traffic.
