Breaking: JEE Main Dates Announced, Exams In July, August

New Delhi: The Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main will be held from July 20 to 25 and the fourth session which was earlier scheduled to be held from May will be held from July 27 to August 2, announced Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank during a live interaction with students.

Application forms will reopen at jeemain.nta.nic.in from today onwards, students who have not applied before as well as those who have applied in previous sessions can both apply now. The application forms will only be available for three days. Further, students have also been allowed to change their exam centres.

To ensure they get the city or centre in the nearest location, the number of exam centres have also been increased. Exams will be held amid strict precautions, said Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank. From July 6 to 8 the application window for April/July session will be open, those who wish to apply for the May/August session will be allowed to submit application forms from July 9 to 12.

The dates were finalised during a meeting between the Ministry officials and National Testing Agency (NTA) were held. There is still no clarity on NEET 2021 dates.
