Ayodhya Ram Mandir Inauguration: Public holiday on January 22

The inauguration of Shri Ram Mandir will be held on January 22, and Udupi MLA Yashpal Suvarna has requested to declare a general holiday on January 22 for the people of the state to celebrate it as a festival.

The entire country is in a frenzy for the inauguration of Ayodhya Ram Mandir. Inauguration of Shri Ram Mandir will be held on January 22. Therefore, Udupi MLA Yashpal Suvarna has appealed to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to declare January 22 as a public holiday so that everyone can celebrate the opening day of Ram Mandir as a festival.

He has written a letter about this and said that the centuries-old dream of millions of Indians is coming true on January 22. In Ayodhya, a center of devotion for Hindus, a grand Ram Mandir will be inaugurated with the Prana Pratishta of Lord Sri Rama.

The dedication of Sri Ram Mandir will go down in the pages of history as a historic moment of emotional and religious devotion of the devotees. Millions of Sri Rama devotees wish to celebrate this auspicious day like Diwali festival with great pomp and ceremony by lighting Rama Jyoti in temples, Sanghas and homes across the country with special pujas, bhajana sankirtans and food offerings.

Therefore, on the day of dedication of this Ram temple, they have requested to declare a general holiday for schools, colleges, government offices, banks and other institutions on Monday 22/01/2024 for the opening program of Ayodhya Ram Mandir to participate in the service of Lord Rama and get God’s grace.

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that he has not yet received an invitation for the inauguration ceremony of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on January 22. Talking to the media persons in Koppal about this, he said that Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust has invited several prominent personalities and political leaders of the country for this grand event.

But till today I have not received any invitation, after the invitation I will think about going or not. Congress President Mallikarjuna Kharge and Congress Parliamentary Party President Sonia Gandhi have been invited. But he said that a decision will be taken at the appropriate time about participating in the ceremony.
