Online counselling and talk session on mental wellness and stability post lockdown: Conducting by Aryan brothers a social work group based at Bihar
Bihar: Amid lock down it has been a roller- coaster ride for everyone. Corona pandemic and a lot of depressing news has been really upsetting and mind grilling. Also, the personal and family life of an individual has also been affected because of the end number of emotional, mental, financial and social reasons.
Aryan brothers a social work group based at Bihar has taken an initiative to organise an online session on various social media platforms on the topic ” mental health and stability post-lockdown” on 28th of June 2020, which will counter such negative attribute causing damage in everyone’s mind whether the person is a student a working professional or a housewife.
Four eminent speakers will be joining the session which includes the renowned and ever loved motivational speaker, life- skills coach and Asst. Professor in English from Vedic group Mr. Amit Chaturvedi, outspoken Advocate high court miss Tejashwi shukla, philanthropist and Assistant professor of Kalinga University Dr.Kolla and Dr.Deepa Biswas.
The experts will not only speak on the topic but will also answer the personal doubts of the participants and will counsel them. The organiser of the session Aryan Sinha mentioned that” there’s a lot of preparation going on and we take it as our social responsibility to keep people physically and mentally healthy, we are reaching masses to make this event a great success. “
