Karnataka: Wife Upset after the death of her husband, kills children’s, hang herself

Bengaluru: Her husband died of coronavirus last year. Missing her husband was always haunting her. A tragic incident in Silicon City, Bengaluru, where a wife, who had decided to end her life without her husband, committed suicide by hanging herself in a house with her children.

Mother Vasantha (40 years), son Yashwant (15 years) and daughter Nishitha (06 years old) have died in the Prakruthi layout of Thotada Guddadahalli, in Bengaluru North Taluk. In one room of the house, mother Vasantha and her daughter are dead, and son Yashwant died in other room of the house.

Prasanna, husband of Vasantha, who was a driver co-conductor at BMTC, died of coronavirus last year. After the death of her husband, Vasantha has said that she does not want to live without a husband. The case has been filed under the Suicide Section against the mother, including the murder of her daughter and incitement to the death of her son.

Buying a home three years ago

Prasanna, a native of Periyapatna in Mysore district, works as a conductor and driver at BMTC and has lived in Bengaluru for many years. They bought the house they lived in three years ago. It is said that about 15 lakhs of loans from people and 5 lakhs of bank loans were used to buy the house with the combined saving money and loans. In the aftermath of her husband’s death, she was planning to sell a house that was in dire straits. But the family surrendered to death before the house was sold.

Trying to commit suicide by jumping into the lake

Vasantha, who is unable to cope with her husband’s death, has also attempted suicide earlier. She had attempted suicide by jumping with her daughter to the lake. But the locals stopped her from doing it and gave her confidence to lead life. She told them that she would not do this again. But the death of her husband has always played a word. She says she can’t do anything without her husband. She wants to commit suicide with her children. She claimed that he was not bothering anyone. Friends and relatives have spoken about the issue.

A mother who inspired children to commit suicide

Vasantha was inspring her kids to commit suicide that loan should not be burdened with children’s shoulders. Yashwant, a 10-year-old boy, was told by her that she could not live without her father and planning to commit suicide. But the boy even said 3 to 4 times to mother for denying suicide option. Yet it is said that the son of spring has been instigated.

Lunch, a family that never sees the sunlight

Vasantha, who was deeply offended by the husband’s death, did not listen to anyone’s intellect. She was very delicate and emotional. For the same reason, after the death of her husband, she had sleepless nights and spend days without food. The family spent most of the day without any sunlight. The mother did not attend any of the ceremonies. There was considerable distance from her husband’s family. Nobody cooperated during Covid his time, claiming to be close to his confidant several times.

Debt burden of committing suicide

The death of her husband was a shock to the family, who had borrowed money more than Rs 20 Lakhs. After the death of her husband, She has been depressed and has committed suicide without paying off her home loan. After the death of her husband, she couldn’t find any help, and the whole family committed suicide. It is possible that she asked her son to hang, and then put her daughter in a loop. After the death of her two children, she committed suicide.

Worship for her husband’s photo before death

Before the death, she had strange behaviour. Early in the morning, the she unplanted thulsi from top of the home.  And not just talking to neighbours. The door to the house had been open since noon. She has worshiped her husband’s photo with her children before her death. The pack of biscuits that were brought to eat was not open. Vasantha, who did not receive anyone’s call in the morning, spoke with her brother only once and said that we will not bother anyone anymore. Nandish came home about nine o’clock in the night after the elder sister had not received the phone. A shocked Nandish told the locals. Soon after looking out the window, saw the suicide.

Three-page death note detection

She wrote a three-page death note before committing suicide with her two children. No one was responsible for my death. In the event of my husband’s illness, none of the people responded, none helped after husband’s death. Life without a husband is making it difficult for us. We don’t bother anymore.
