Lenovo Expands ThinkPad Lineup With New X13 Gen 7 L14 Gen 7 and L16 Gen 3 Models

Lenovo has introduced its latest ThinkPad X13 Gen 7 L14 Gen 7 and L16 Gen 3 laptops featuring upgraded processors advanced connectivity options high resolution displays and enterprise focused performance designed for modern professional users

Lenovo has strengthened its business laptop portfolio with the launch of three new models under its ThinkPad series. The company has introduced the ThinkPad X13 Gen 7, ThinkPad L14 Gen 7 and ThinkPad L16 Gen 3, targeting professionals who need a balance of performance, portability and long term reliability. These laptops bring updated processors, improved displays and modern connectivity features aimed at enterprise and productivity focused users.

Among the newly launched models, the ThinkPad L14 Gen 7 comes with a 14 inch WUXGA IPS touchscreen display that offers 400 nits brightness and a compact design with an 85.5 percent screen to body ratio. On the other hand, the larger ThinkPad L16 Gen 3 features a 16 inch WUXGA IPS touchscreen display with similar brightness levels but a more immersive viewing experience, making it suitable for multitasking and office workloads. The X13 Gen 7 continues the compact tradition of the X series, focusing on mobility without compromising performance.

Lenovo has priced the ThinkPad X13 Gen 7 at 1499 US dollars, which is approximately 1.43 lakh rupees. Meanwhile, the ThinkPad L14 Gen 7 and L16 Gen 3 are priced at around 1439 US dollars, or nearly 1.37 lakh rupees. The company has confirmed that these models will start reaching global markets later this month, with availability expected in phases.

Performance is a key highlight across the lineup. Both the L14 Gen 7 and L16 Gen 3 are powered by Intel Core Ultra 7 Series 3 processors along with AMD Ryzen AI PRO 400 series options. These are paired with up to 64GB DDR5 RAM and up to 2TB PCIe Gen4 SSD storage, offering high speed multitasking and large storage capacity for professional workloads. Graphics duties are handled by either Intel integrated graphics or AMD Radeon graphics depending on the configuration.

Security and communication features also remain a strong focus. All models run on Windows 11 Pro and include a 5 megapixel RGB plus IR camera for secure facial recognition and high quality video conferencing. Lenovo has also included enterprise grade connectivity options such as Wi Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, optional 5G and LTE support, along with multiple ports including Thunderbolt 4, USB A, HDMI 2.1, RJ45 Ethernet and audio jack support.

Battery configurations vary with 57Wh and 46.5Wh options depending on the model, designed to support long working hours. The L14 Gen 7 measures 313.7 by 226 by 11.32 millimeters and weighs 1.39 kilograms, while the larger L16 Gen 3 comes in at 357.6 by 253.6 by 10.96 millimeters with a weight of 1.78 kilograms. Both laptops are available in Eclipse Black finish, maintaining the classic ThinkPad professional design language.

With this launch, Lenovo continues to strengthen its position in the premium business laptop segment, offering a mix of power efficiency, modern connectivity and enterprise focused durability for professionals across industries.
