MacBook Air M1 price in India drops to Rs 65,900

Customers who want to get a new Apple MacBook but do not want to spend Rs 1,19,900 on the new MacBook Air M2 can still consider buying the M1 variant.

Apple increased the price of the MacBook Air M1 after the MacBook Air M2 was launched in India. The M1 Air was available for Rs 92,900. However, owing to the weakening rupee, coupled with multiple global factors, the MacBook Air M1 saw a price hike and is now available for Rs 99,900.

Customers who want to get a new Apple MacBook but do not want to spend Rs 1,19,900 on the new MacBook Air M2 can still consider buying the M1 variant. For such customers, Imagine, one of Apple’s retail partners in India, is running an offer, which brings the price down to Rs 65,900.

The price includes a Rs 3,000 discount if you choose not to add some accessories like a power bank, car charger, earphones, etc., to the cart. On top of this, MacBook Air M1 buyers can get up to a Rs 6,000 discount on transactions made using HDFC Bank cards. The offer is also applicable on no-cost EMI transactions.

In addition to this, customers can exchange their old MacBook or any other laptop to get up to Rs 16,000 off. There is also an exchange bonus of Rs 7,000 on top. Collectively, the price of the MacBook Air M1 drops to Rs 65,900.

The MacBook Air M1 comes with a 13.3-inch display with 400 nits of peak brightness. It has a wedge-shaped design housing two USB Type-C ports and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Customers can buy the Air M1 with 8GB of RAM and up to 512GB of SSD.

Apple claims that the MacBook Air M1 offers up to 18 hours of battery life on a single charge. We feel the MacBook Air M1 is still a great value-for-money laptop for most buyers.
