In the month of last September, the state government had implemented Gruha Lakshmi Scheme through the Department of Women and Child Welfare. Mainly through this scheme, Rs 2000 are being deposited in the account of every household owner of the state every month. Government has already deposited 2 installments. But even after two months have passed, more than 10 lakh women have not received the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme money yet.

Lakshmi Hebbalkar, Minister for Women and Children, has personally given information about this and has given clarification on this. She has also explained why the money has not been deposited. The state government has given good news to those who have not yet deposited even one installment of money under the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme in the bank account of housewives.
If such women do only one thing today, the bank account will be credited. After all, if there is no work, the women who have applied for the Gruha Lakshmi Yojana and have not yet deposited the money should submit the four documents requested by the government to the Women and Child Welfare Officers. It is mandatory to provide Aadhaar card, bank pass book, ration card and copy of application acknowledgment letter to avail Gruha Lakshmi Scheme funds.

Check all the documents you have already submitted while applying. Also, is the Aadhaar card linked to the bank account? Also it is better to check if the ration card is linked with Aadhaar. Gruha Lakshmi Scheme money will not be paid to cardholders who have not done KYC. Also, if there is a male member in the position of the householder in the ration card, in such a case, there is a possibility that the money of the Gruha Lakshmi Scheme will not be available.
